BUSINESS CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Godrej One, platinum-rated green building\u2019s facility management team relied on telephone, email, and personal interaction to communicate their service requests and managed escalations through emails.<\/p>\n

The green building\u2019s asset\/equipment maintenance management like preventive maintenance scheduling, work order tracking, etc., and the lease & contract management of external tenants were done manually and maintained on a standalone windows application.
