eFACiLiTY® provides 200+ pre-configured reports, graphs, dashboards displaying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) etc., across multiple sites & organizations. Further, the system is extended by additional tools like the KPI Builder, Custom Report Builder, Pivot Grid Builder for the business users to generate a plethora of custom reports on their own using simple wizards.

• KPIs can be defined in the system simply by using some basic SQL queries and the dynamic parameters can be configured
• A KPI dashboard / chart can be created by including many KPIs
• The dynamic parameters can be either made selectable by the user dynamically or pre-supplied for displaying the data of a particular Site or Asset Type etc.
• The KPI dashboards can be linked to the menu system and privileges can be defined for limiting the access of the same
• Drill Down provision to view detailed report for the values displayed in the Charts / KPIs
